The youth magazine PRELOM was published from 1988 to 1990. It was the magazine of the Socialist Youth Alliance in Banja Luka, covering a wide range of social, political, economic, and cultural topics. The first issue was printed on December 19, 1988, and on December 17, 2024, an exhibition of this magazine was held at the Youth Center to mark the anniversary of its launch. The exhibition was attended by former editorial board members, journalists, contributors, and a large number of citizens interested in the social history of the city.
